September 11-13, we were able to take a quick vacation to Wisconsin Dells with the Ten Clay family. This was Lydia's first time there! We stayed at the Great Wolf Lodge, which was amazing!
Of course, Lydia loved being in the pool. She especially loved splashing in the fountains!
One of the family's favorite places to eat is at the Paul Bunyan Lumberjack place...it serves up some amazing breakfast!
Since cousin Joshua is fascinated with trains, we went to Buffalo Phil's Restaurant at night, and they delivered food on a toy train! Meanwhile, Lydia just enjoyed "riding" the horse and checking out the arcade next door.

Lydia did pretty well the whole trip with the exception of Friday night. Maybe it was teething, the strobe light-like smoke detector in our room, or simply not knowing where she was, but there was a lot of crying and not much sleeping. Thankfully she did awesome in the car and was, for the most part, her normally happy self!
