Peanut Butter Pie

This is one of my favorite recipes from my Grandma V.  It tastes amazing, and it works very well for a refreshing, summertime dessert.  Best of all, it's simple!  Enjoy!

Here's what you need:
4 oz. cream cheese--very soft
1 c. powdered sugar
1/3 c. peanut butter
1/2 c. milk
12 oz. Cool Whip, thawed
1 graham cracker crust

Using a mixer, combine cream cheese, peanut butter, powdered sugar & milk until well blended.  (*Tip: It works best to whip the cream cheese first to eliminate some lumps.)
Fold in the Cool Whip.
Pour into a graham cracker crust.  (If you're really ambitious, you can make your own; I obviously wasn't ambitious enough!)
Freeze.  Enjoy your sweet, cool treat with a bunch of great friends!

Give It A Whirl...

I decided to try to introduce myself into the elite world of blogging.  Just so you know, I'm not promising anything special!  More than likely, the blog will consist mostly of tried and true family recipes (don't worry--they won't be healthy!), craft projects I dare tackle, and perhaps some pictures (if I ever remember to take any).  Oh!  And a lot of blabbering!
