15 Months

This silly girl is 15 months old already!  We can tell Lydia is definitely getting taller, as the only safe hiding place for things is now on top of counters.  She is just over 23 pounds.  Here are some pictures/updates from the past month!

Can't. Stay. Awake.
1st forklift ride at the store!

Lydia is getting very independent and her imagination is definitely growing!  She is becoming more and more of a little girl, and less of my baby girl!  Lydia loves to play with all sorts of things.  Some new accomplishments this month has been figuring out a four-piece puzzle and being able to match the pieces to the right place in her animal puzzle.  Speaking of animals, now Lydia can say the sounds for sheep, kitty and snake!  Lydia has also discovered how fun stickers can be.  Good thing Mommy has quite the stash of stickers :)

Some serious bedhead!

Playing doctor!  Lydia will wear the stethoscope all day if you let her!

Lydia loved being outside all of last week, and is frequently disappointed when we get her coat on this week and just head to the car.  She loves to run around, swing, and go for walks.  We had her first meltdown from coming inside, and I'm sure it won't be the last!

Attempting to ride a push-off trike in Grandpa & Grandma M's garage.
She thought she had to stand and walk with it!
Her new favorite spot...she's started to become a bit of a climber!
Reunited with her swing!
A new hairdo: pigtails for the 1st time!  She looked SO big!
Giving the sheep a new hairdo (sticking cotton balls on contact paper)!
Stickers!

What a wonderful 15 months it's been!  Can't wait to see what adventures we'll have this month!
